**Rules and Regulations**
- Navigation Nation Card benefits and awards available at Ninfa's on Navigation, 2704 Navigation Blvd, Houston, Texas 77003.
- Points are accumulated at the rate of 1 point for $1.00 spent on food and beverages, excluding tax and gratuity.
- Points are not awarded for the purchase of gift cards.
- Points are credited to your account when presenting your Navigation Nation card to your server at the restaurant
- Only the member paying the bill may accumulate points.
- Members cannot get credit for visits prior to enrollment in the Navigation Nation Program.
- Points are non-transferable.
- Points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
- Members must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ninfa's on Navigation may cancel this program at any time.
- Accumulated points are not member property and may be revoked, cancelled, limited, or modified at any time, even though such action may affect the member's right to use previously accumulated points.
- Ninfa's on Navigation is not liable for points or awards lost due to fraudulent or unauthorized use, including fraud caused by lost or stolen cards.
